Alfred Richter of Canton I beg to inform you that the General Post Office has evidence that Mr. Alfred Richter is carrying on the business of Messrs. Reuter Brockelmann and Company an enemy firm. I may add that none of the

facilities of this Colony may be allowed to be used for the pur-

-pose of enagy trade.
